It’s not a Cliff May…but you might like it more.

While we have, and always will focus on Cliff May homes, he did not have a monopoly on mid-century modern ranch homes. Not only were there architects who copied, but very talented architects who came up with their own vision of affordable architecture for everyone.

William Krisel was one of those architects. He is most famous for his 1960s “butterfly roof” homes in Palm Springs, but these 1950s precursors are amazing in their own right. Like Cliff May designs, they are meant to be efficient, clever, and full of light. This one happens to be located in a really nice, “hidden gem” neighborhood in La Mirada — super close to the regional park with a disc golf course.

If you thought awesome mid-century modern homes in the $500s were a thing of the past, think again. If you love Cliff May homes but don’t think you can ever afford anything like one, think again.

We’re here to represent you. Let us know if you’d enjoy a private showing of this amazing, affordable home.
